Who is the best in the East?

The Bulls and Celtics are tied for the best record in the Eastern Conference. Which team is better? Or is Miami or Orlando a better all around team? The Bulls are young and have great inside depth, have (maybe) the MVP in Derrick Rose, but lack a good shooting guard. They have above-average players at PG, SF, PF, and C. The Celtics have experience on their side. They have a good PG in Rajon Rondo, and good players in Allen, Pierce, and Garnett. But Boston lacks a center. They will struggle against teams like the Bulls and Magic inside. Will their veteran players wear down? Miami is VERY inconsistent. One week they are awful, the next they are great (knocking off the Spurs by 30.) This team would scare any team in the playoffs if they get hot. They have LeBron, Wade, and Bosh. But they do NOT have quality players at PG or center. They need someone to get the Big 3 the ball. Also, the team can struggle if you eliminate their fast break. The Magic have the best center in the game in Dwight Howard when he isn't picking up technical fouls. The Magic rely heavily on 3 point shooting. If their 3 is not falling they have to rely too much on Howard and they struggle. But when it is, the Magic are tough to beat. I think the final seeding will be 1. Chicago Bulls 2. Boston Celtics 3. Orlando Magic 4. Miami Heat
